Persephone Crittenden, Psy.D.
Dr. Crittenden is a licensed psychologist specializing in neuropsychological
assessment of adults. She received her doctorate from the consortium
between PGSP and Stanford University School of Medicine. Her training
and experience include providing neuropsychological services to
individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic brain injury,
cerebrovascular disease, stroke, ADHD, ASD, LD, and other medical
conditions impacting cognition, as well as helping individuals better
understand brain health and cognitive aging. Dr. Crittenden received
advanced clinical training as a neuropsychology fellow at Harvard Medical School where she provided neuropsychological evaluations to adults and older adults presenting with a variety of clinical syndromes. While there, she co-created a novel telehealth intervention for the assessment and management of cognitive symptoms during the covid-19 pandemic. She also completed her clinical internship at Harvard Medical School. She had predoctoral clinical training rotations at Stanford University School of Medicine, University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, and VA Palo Alto Health Care System. She provides both clinical and forensic neurocognitive assessments; brain health consultations, recommendations, and monitoring; as well as behavioral interventions for management of neurocognitive symptoms. She is also is a clinical assessor for multiple clinical trials through the Brain Stimulation Lab at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Dr. Crittenden is currently on the executive board of the Nevada Psychological Association. She has held adjunct faculty positions at PGSP-Stanford Consortium and Regis College teaching courses on neuropsychological and psychological assessment and evaluation.
Prior to her career in clinical neuropsychology, Dr. Crittenden was managing director of an equity-focused consulting firm and worked in international organizational development.
